Does a population have informed consent when that population is not taught the inner workings of its monetary system, and then is drawn, all unknowing, into economic adventures?

Not mad, but missing the humour of the original. Spike was a pretty funny guy who didnt really take anything too seriously. Ennui with a sprinkle of cockyness.

Not sure they are hitting the tone right, but we'll see i guess.

Been re watching Yes Minster and Yes prime minister, the last couple of days. Timeless comedy.
Was watching the episode about needing nukes not for the russians but the french , then on the news tonight the french have started impounding british fishing boats.

Finished up Squid Game yesterday, overall brilliant but the last part of the ending was too standard and boring/obvious.
Also, characters were basically all great but holy shit the casting and scripting for the VIP's where really awful. So bad it broke the "mystery" for me tbf.

He's too grumpy and old. Also John Cho is not a very good actor imo

I'm currently reviewing the last season of Yellowstone, with a new fourth season coming in a few days. Very beautiful locations, impeccable cinematography's work, which made it possible to create a unique atmosphere of the Wild West in modern conditions (this TV show can be called neowestern). To some, he may seem overly cruel, but for me he is just realistic. Kevin Koster is ideal as the head of the family, the rest of the actors are almost as good as him.
The season ends with a powerful cliffhanger, so I'm looking forward to new episodes!

Arcane - League of Legends (first 3 eps) is up on Netflix. I have absolutely zero exposure to any LoL-related stuff.

So with that said...Its good. Perhaps even really good. Story is perhaps slightly standard but varied enough with good introduction of backstory so its not bothering me, voice actors are also good and the animation and scenery is positively first class!

    Sir, yes Sir

    For balance:

Netflix’s Cowboy Bebop is a bloodless substitute for the real thing

The show is out on Netflix on Friday

    Edit:

There is pretty much a review score for everyone to pick to justify your forthcoming personal opinion:

I was looking at that earlier, and yeah, approaching 50/50 already makes it the best live action adaptation of an anime, even if a lot of that comes from the original being so good that even a pale shadow would have more life than the majority of other exhumed IPs in this modern hell era.

The user reviews should be something, hoo boy ~
