There were not one but two leaving dos in Downing St the night before Phil the Greek's funeral. They started indoors before moving into the garden and linking up. One of the parties was for the chap who's now Deputy Editor of The Sun. A SpAd DJ'ed and people were drinking and dancing until after midnight. At one point someone was sent to the Co-Op in The Strand with a suitcase to fill up with booze. Little Wilfred's swing got broken.
