Obviously having dark skin just means you don't want a vaccine. There can be no other societal or environmental factors apart from this one factor that Sp4m has latched on to and is dog whistling until the cows come home (which might be a while cos they can't hear dog whistles).

I think its a culmination of factors which could be but not limited to:

    Language barrier

    distrust of government

    religious views

scepticism of vaccinations in general due to educational background

inability to travel to site to receive vaccine

not being registered with a local doctor to be considered in the first place

    What do u think ?

I'd probably add "targeted misinformation" as that has been reported as being a concern, but the list you posted is a good starting point

The targeted misinformation is largely a result of these 4 making them a group which is particularly susceptible:

    Language barrier

    distrust of government

    religious views

scepticism of vaccinations in general due to educational background
I'd highlight distrust of government as the most harmful because it develops into a distrust of civic institutions generally. Including mistrust of health care services, social services, judicial system, education etc
Look, the wages you withheld from the workmen who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of Hosts. You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves for slaughter.

There are plenty of studies that seem to say there is not racially equal access to healthcare in the UK, for a variety of factors, as well.
    meh

One could argue that Religion may be moreso harmful, especially with some religions having their own courts taking precedent over the official Judicial system. Hard to trust something you don't abide by and are actively steered away from.

Oh look, it's the dog whistle again.

It can't be all these factors, it must be the shakira law!

Just because the Daily Mail says that Sharia courts take precedence over secular ones, doesn't make it so.

And any religious objections are generally overcome by not using pork or beef products during manufacturing or testing - something which is more likely to put off vegans anyway.

Is it a dog whistle if people who dont consider themselves racist can understand its meaning?

My point is that there are White and poor communities that are having a much higher uptake of the vaccine

so being poor isnt the controlling factor.
    There are?

Because that is not what the BBC article is saying at all.

So you're saying the Black Caribbean community is struggling to get vaccines because of sharia law?

Maybe it is because they're just poor and stupid then.
Maybe different communities have different relationships with conventional medicine, maybe different socioeconomic groups prioritise non-acute healthcare differently due to other pressing priorities, etc. etc. etc.

Uptake in certain other Euro cultures is vastly lower than in the UK for instance, despite fairly similar cultures.

Where did I mention police brutality?
