On a more serious note - WoT and WT are no competition to each other at all. They are no more similar than Operation Flashpoint is to Quake 3 - in both you "drive" a soldier and shoot a gun. But, obviously, its a world apart - conceptually and in game play mechanics.
So, i would say comparing the 2 titles in any meaningful way is not only impossible, but kind of retarded too..

A little (but well informed) birdie told me, that there's going to be some sort of a "wider" testing event this weekend. Not sure if it's part of alpha testing or beginning of CBT, but WG is sending invites out already.

Core gameplay is quite solid and fun. Should also draw an audience since it is much easier to get into than planes.
It can't be as bad as World of War Planes.
So at least there is that.
