Black Adam was pointless bunch of expensive nothing.
Avatar 2's reason to exist is that it's a visual spectacle, which is entertainment enough. Nothing wrong with that.

Are we ready for more disappointments?
Why is it called earth, when it is mostly water???
I really enjoyed both Black Adam and Wakanda Forever, I felt the latter was a good tribute for Chad's passing.
Guns make the news, science doesn't.
Hoo boy. Leaning heavily into references to all earlier Indiana Jones movies there. Which might be funny every now and then, but if it's all they're bringing to the table we're in for a rough ride. Then again, there's still the tiny chance that it's all brilliantly executed, so we can hope?
By brilliance, you are clearly referencing The Crystal Skull?

AFAIK it was some horrible fan-script written by 10 year old that ended up being canned.
This will be even worse and press tour is going to be amazing with Harrison doing his best not to fall asleep and speak in complete sentences but failing miserably.
With friends we went to watch Violent Night for the heck of it.
With a beer or two even if it's really bad we can enjoy it.
We were so fucking wrong! It was bloody great! Funny and a must watch before Xmas!
Glass Onion A Knives Out Mystery is not a masterpiece, but I wasn't bored for a moment despite its length, four out of five stars.
Went on a cruise several weeks ago, which gave me ample time to watch some movies.
Bad Boys: Watched a third of it, quit. Is the sequel better?
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: Where's the madness bit? Weird, yes, but maddening, no. I guess you needed to watch Wandavision to get emotionally attached to Wanda. Didn't really enjoy it.
Thor: Love and Thunder: Lacks the charm and humor of Ragnarok. Actually cried at the ending. Not recommended.
Isle of Dogs: Good Wes Anderson movie, but not as strong as his other works. An appropriate amount of action, seriousness, and humor.
Ford v Ferrari: Better movie. Had to rewind a few times to catch Bale's dialogue (bo'ohw'o'wo'er). I wish they had done a better job of explaining the finish order controversy.
Kingsman: The Secret Service: A decent twist on the spy genre, but nowhere as good as Bourne/Bond.
Kingsman: The Golden Circle: Watched most of it, stream cut out during the landmine scene. Not as good as the first, and the burger scene was wholly unnecessary. This franchise's heroes think far too highly of themselves, and the villains aren't worthy of the title (I was actually agreeing with them somewhat). Skip it.
Top Gun: Maverick: Groaned at the rehashing of the first movie (Seriously? An old Tomcat? This isn't Ace Combat, you idiots.), as well as all the strategic/tactical mistakes made by the OpFor. Building a nuke material plant near the ocean and not putting a radar system near the opening of a canyon? WTF? America's oldest teenager does whatever the fuck he wants and gets away with it. Film perfectly represents Tom Cruise's life. Despite this, I enjoyed it.

+1 for Glass Onion. Could go for the Knives Out stories becoming an annual Christmas thing but appreciate that it's probably better if it doesn't.
