GOG Galaxy's a handy program for that. You can link accounts to it from quite a few places & can more easily see what you've got & where.

I've got a load of games on Epic & never gave them my card info. It really is worth signing up & checking once a week to see what the free stuff is, imo. Even if it's 90% crappy platformers.
